This is the first Module of The Impactful Leader Program – Level 1.
The journey to becoming better at leadership must start with an in-depth understanding of what it takes to become a better leader. This Module is designed to expose the learners to the critical competencies that we believe are essential to become better at leadership. Among many competencies that impact leadership, we have narrowed the list to the critical few. The Module also helps you get a better understanding of what these competencies mean, their behaviour indicators and some examples of these competencies in the application.
This Module is designed as a self-learning course.
We hope you find the Course useful in providing you with a framework that not only articulates the critical competencies needed to become better at leadership, but also in understanding how these competencies are interdependent and influence each other.
